I am a UKCP registered Integrative Transpersonal psychotherapist, and a Dance Movement psychotherapist. I combine these complementary approaches to bring a holistic, soulful and embodied way of working with mental health and the nature of distress.

I am aware of the hurdles that many people encounter in accessing therapeutic support, and we will work at your pace to address the issues you are facing. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including relationship issues, lack of purpose, depression, anxiety, bereavement, chronic health-conditions, trauma, sexual abuse, addiction and eating disorders.

I offer a free 15/20 minute initial phone call so that we can think about how we might work together. My fees are on a sliding scale of £65-£85 based on circumstances, and this is agreed in our initial meeting. I use this model so that I can offer some reduced-fee spaces for people who would otherwise be unable to access therapy. Please specify if this is what you are seeking, and I can share my current availability.
